Return and Exchange Policy

The procedures for returns and exchanges at Harmonia Tintas e Construção are governed by this document. Therefore, it is essential to review its content before finalizing your order.

According to Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (Brazil), customers have up to 7 (seven) days from receipt to return the product. Customers should contact Harmonia Materiais via phone/WhatsApp at +55 11 2978-7082 or email [email protected]. Card cancellations and refunds may take up to 10 business days.

Harmonia Materiais does not accept returns or exchanges (partial or full) under the following conditions:

• Balance returns;
• Clearance items;
• Custom orders;
• Products with damaged packaging;
• Products not purchased from our store;
• Construction or renovation leftovers;
• Paints;
• Mixed paints;
• Cans of paint, spackle, or varnishes;
• Paints with dented or opened cans;
• Opened packages;
• Damaged packaging;
• Sealed packaging that is damaged.

Product Return or Exchange:

Returns or exchanges will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code and must be performed by the purchase holder under the following conditions:

• Present receipt/invoice;
• Photo ID 
• The product must not show signs of misuse;
• The packaging must not be tampered with;
• The product must not be damaged;
• The product must not have been used;
• The packaging must be intact;
• All accessories, parts, manuals, and original packaging must be present and in perfect condition.
